This policy explains what personal information M.L.T. Cloud Carriers LLC (legal name M L T CLOUD CARRIERS LLC, "we," "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website, our email and phone communications, and our operations text messages.

- Contact details such as your name, company, email address, and phone number
- The contents of messages you send us, and shipment details when you ask us to move freight
- For our personnel and contracted Operators: a mobile phone number and a record of consent to receive operations text messages
Information collected automatically
Our website host processes basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the site. This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics tools, or tracking pixels.
How we use information
- To answer your questions and requests
- To quote, arrange, and perform transportation services
- To send operations text messages to people who have agreed to receive them
- To meet legal, safety, regulatory, and contract obligations, including federal recordkeeping requirements
- To protect our systems, our people, and the freight in our care
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only as follows:
- With service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, email, phone and text-message delivery, and accounting. They may use it only to provide their services to us.
- With government customers and agencies when a contract or the law requires it
- When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety
- With a successor business if we are ever merged or sold, under the same protections
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The sharing described above excludes text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messages
We send operations text messages only to people who have agreed in writing to receive them: our own personnel, our contracted Operators, and the company owner. Messages cover dispatch and load assignments, pickup and delivery appointment updates, safety and weather advisories, and compliance reminders. We do not send marketing texts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. You can also email info@mltcloudcarriers.com.

How long we keep information
We keep personal information as long as we need it for the purposes above and for the periods required by law and by our contracts, including federal transportation and procurement recordkeeping rules. When it is no longer needed, we delete or destroy it.
How we protect information
We use access controls, two-step sign-in on company accounts, and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect the information in our care.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. Some records must be kept for legal reasons, and we will tell you if that applies.
- Stop operations text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Children
This website and our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
