The M.L.T. Cloud Carriers name, nameplate, and the content of this website belong to M.L.T. Cloud Carriers LLC. You may not use them without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, M.L.T. Cloud Carriers LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Transportation services are governed by the agreements, rate confirmations, and bills of lading for each shipment, not by these website terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about them will be handled in the courts of Hidalgo County, Texas.
